The following stages are carried out each time a software development project is undertaken by take5:

• The initial discussions with the client are essential and in order to obtain a sufficient level of detail for an outline specification to be produced, we designate an English/German speaking project manager to assist with all your requirements.
• The project is developed in Krakow and the project manager stays in constant touch with you (on your request our staff can be trained or work at your site). For large-scale projects, regular meetings are held to discuss and demonstrate the progress of each stage of developments with the client.
